How many times do we put up with stuff we really need to get on top of?
Is that at work- someone not performing, or is it filing, reading that pile of books, your relationship, getting rid of your spare tyre, having some treatment to help you get rid of a health issue that has been bothering you?
What is your health priority? Are you putting up with something you don’t need to put up with?
I often treat people who have had pain for DECADES – 35 years of migraines for instance. No-one could help (so she thought).

People come for treatment who don’t live in NZ – they fly in especially – so invite your friend to stay for 1-2 weeks!
Tips: put your hands on painful bits – that really does work – or at least it can help.
Still hold each of your fingers and thumbs 10 sec daily, more if you can and 1 hour every now and then is great.
Drinking enough water can help.
But having several treatments with me can be worth it to get your life back.
