Gill Redden is a highly qualified and respected CST practitioner who has been in practice since 2002. She is certified through The Upledger Institute and regularly attends seminars to provide her clients with the best up-to-date treatment possible. Gill comes from a family of health professionals and previously worked in Community and Public Health. Gill thrives on helping people achieve pain relief so they can live life normally.
When Gill is not helping people with CST, she keeps fit with bujinkan, Tai Chi and tramping and enjoys relaxing with a good book. She is an associate Qigong instructor. Her ultimate dream is to travel the world to help CranioSacral Therapy become a well-known and active part of Western medicine and believes that Concussion and head injuries will be treated with Cranio in the medical system as part of their usual recovery package within the next 10 years.
